Tsunagaru
Tsu na ga ru
In Japanese, it means “to connect”
As I sat for my first Sacred Ancient Sound Training, my Japanese friend chanted this with so much compassion and love.
With a guitar sitting on his lap, when he started repeating the word, I could sense a deep urge and a call in his voice.
“To Connect”
Most of us have forgotten what it means to connect truly”.
The world is getting consumed by lust. The desire to have more, conquer more, and win more is again rising all over the world.
However, beneath the surface, a new revolution is brewing in most parts of the world.
There is a rise of consciousness happening all over the world.
Since I began chanting ancient Sanskrit mantras, I have met people from all over the world who are craving a cultural revival.
They do not hate others just because they are proud of their cultures.
They carry the culture within their heart and desire to share it with others.
I am talking about Chinese travellers trying to discover their lost wisdom of Daoism… or Indians exploring different Sadhanas… Iranians are seeking Sufi music, and Mexicans are learning about the Toltec.
There are only two types of humans with faith:
- Those who want to return to the past. The majority of them do not trust the government, political borders, or science. They think what is lost was more valuable than what is coming.
- And we have people who are followers of science. They think everything that exists in the known universe is for them to consume.
But for the first time, I have started meeting people who are somewhere in between.
It’s kind of like that pendulum moment when going from one extreme to another. I feel we are slowly arriving at the center: At the equilibrium.
But this is an opinionated statement.
It stems from conversations with tech bros about plant medicines and Ayahuasca.
And it comes from talking to spiritual gurus about AI agents and Large language models.
I have seen both worlds, and I have never found people who live in these two dimensions together.
There is also a chance that I am wrong.
Maybe tomorrow, most of the world will be fighting with each other for more resources, and that will be the only reality we will see.
But I have a strange faith and a sense of duty to discover these ancient humans, the leaders of the new consciousness.
People who want to co-create a new earth where people have a fair share of resources and can co-exist in harmony without imposing their point of view.
As an Indian man, it is not a new thing. I come from a country with thousands of faiths and billions of people. We have existed like this for thousands of years.
And I can see this idea is slowly infecting other conscious people, too. It’s a bit neo-spiritual and there is a lot of merging happening between cultures of the world…
But it is undoubtedly better than hating each other and killing for more resources.
As I witness, I find so much joy in this play.
I myself am a character as well as an observer of this phenomenon.
As my previous blogs are slowly losing their search engine rankings following Google’s AI updates, I am now free to share more original ideas here. Though I understand no one will read them except some AI. But I am finding a sense of peace in this act itself.
